Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6x6 is surely one of the best SUV out there. I'm a big fan of Mercedes G class. And when GT Spirit released G63 AMG 6x6, I just wished if AUTOart or Minichamps would do the same (AUTOart would be better). Everyday I prayed for it, and guess what? The dream comes true now! 

The reason I don't like GT Spirit version is the sealed body. In fact, I hate resin cars because I can't open anything. So I didn't buy it and wait for AUTOart version. It's been nearly an year of waiting. But when I see the model, I know I was right. The AUTOart G63 AMG 6x6 is one of the BEST models out there!

Exterior

When I learned that G63 AMG 6x6 would be composite car, I felt a little bit disappointed. But that doesn't really matter now. The car is so beautiful, so detailed and sharp that I almost forget the composite problem. It is still heavy and big. It is bigger than most of SUVs, and as long as a Rolls-Royce Phantom. The paint job is perfect, just perfect.  

Detail

The detail is at it's best, excellent from every angle. We have real grids at the front, metal logos every where. Head lamps and rear lights are nicely done. The six wheels are beautiful down to smallest detail. 

The rear of the car looks so good with metal decals, beautiful lights and the anti shock. There is one bad thing though: The back trunk can't be opened. I feel really sorry for this. But in overall, it is not a big deal. 

Underneath, we have the whole new world of details. Let's check it out: There is a super suspension system, exhausted pipes and steering, moving mechanism. This kind of detail is rarely seen anywhere in the die-cast world. 

 The engine

The engine looks just like the real engine in the real car. I like the Mercedes and AMG logos particularly.

Interior

The doors have very nice hinges. But they are also the weak point of the car. I may break them easily if I put them with a strong force. Otherwise, interior is another big plus of the model. The steering wheel, the center console, control panels are all neatly done. We also have flocking on the floor and carbon fiber on the center panel. 

Summary

This car sells at crazy price: $300! But I am not regret at all. It is one of the most beautiful model I've ever had. If you are a fan of G class, don't hesitate to take it. It's worth every penny you spend.
